Hi,
I am currently working with both gold and silver substrates which I would like to pattern using photolithography (rather than lift-off). I have been told that there is an adhesion promoter called AP 100 but I have found it very difficult to get hold of. Do you have a recommended adhesion promoter at MicroChem?
I am also looking at spinning liquid teos (oxide) solution onto the same substrate and then patterning the oxide. I am having similar adhesion problems with spin-depositing the teos. Again, is there a recommended adhesion promter that I could use?

Dear Ms. Barber,
the adhesion on noble metals is often quite bad.
Some people us a thin (some nm) Titanium (or Chromium) as adhesion promoter. You can try the use of TI Prime adhesion promoter that also works on Titanium basis, but if you can improve the adhesion to the desired level you should make some tests.
Hope this might help a little.....
